I ve been coming to this location for the past 3 years for routine maintenance and extensive work to be performed. Previous experiences have been good. But of course when it comes to me spending over $3,000 that s when all the problems begin.

I took my car in to be serviced during the first week of August and spent just over $3,000 on repairs just for me to leave and the check engine light comes on a hour later. Took it back up there and now I have to pay another $2,000. The money isn t the issue, but the lack of communication from the rep(Johnathan) and the fact that it s been nearly a month and I m now told he is bending over backwards. I just wanted my car fixed the first time. Why is it that I m the one needing to constantly be proactive? I feel the ball has been dropped constantly during this process.

Overall, I m not sure if I will visit this location again. If I do, I will need to be seen by another service advisor or the manager(who seems to be nice and understanding of the frustration).

Based on this experience I cant give 5 stars.
