Very friendly and helpful staff. Willing to serve you and make your stay a very pleasant experience. Nice breakfast. Spacious room, very clean and very nicely decorated. It had a big bed and the mattress was great !!!! The hotel is in a very good location!One of The best All inclusive Hotel at Crete
