I began talking to the La Porte dealership. The Michigan City location reached out to me and said that Scott, the Vice President, wanted me to come to MC and they would help me find a vehicle with the best deal possible in both locations. This did not happen. While this was far out of my way, I went because I was hopeful. The person they told me to ask for when I got there was busy. Then after telling my budget, I drove cars that the salesman didn t know the exact price of. Needless to say, the vehicles were not in my budget and I left without a car. It was the last day of the month so it felt like they wanted me to rush in at the location of their choice and buy a vehicle I couldn t afford so that they could meet monthly goals instead of actually finding the vehicle for me. Sad that s more important than customer time, satisfaction, and happiness.
