I was torn about whether to do 5 stars because most of the dishes were off the charts delicious, especially the vegetarian items and the dessert. We got the tasting menu w 8 courses and the only weak spot was the bland, heavy beef dish near the end. The vibe of the place is more bustling and informal than other Michelin star places I ve been (kind of refreshing), but folks w mobility issues might not love that the restroom is out in hotel lobby, a trek.
