Today I took my wife's Honda Odyssey for service at Legends Honda - for the first time. What a great experience!! The service representative, Hank Miller, was highly professional and helpful, and very easy to speak with. While I waited, I spoke with a sales representative, Paul Meeks, who was equally professional and communicative, and exerted no pressure whatsoever as we discussed a car for my daughter. This is one awesome dealership and, although they recently moved from Independence, MO, to our area, I hope that they continue this level of customer service. Frankly, this is the one time in my life (67 years) that I actually enjoyed (rather than tolerated) a trip to a car dealer. That, and the fact that they now offer a service center within relatively easy driving distance of our home, ensures that I will return for both service and sales if they maintain these standards.
