I took my car in yesterday to have my oil changed ...

I took my car in yesterday to have my oil changed and steering wheel repaired. I called three hours later to check on it and was told they had no record of me dropping the vehicle off. I was put on hold for 40 mins and required to give vehicle identifiers so they could search the lot for my car. Once they found it, my husband and I headed to the dealership to pick it up, only to find out that it was not fixed. They gave us a loaner and said they would call the next day when the part came in and when the vehicle was ready. I received a call at 11 am stating that the part was in and they were pulling my car in to work on it now and would call when it was done. I called at 4:45 to check on it. They could not locate the gentleman, Cory, that was helping me but would have him call me back in about 5 mins. 5:45--I call again because I have not heard from Cory and I'm informed that all of the technicians left at 5 and my car would not be done today. I left a message for the manager and was assured he would call me. At 6 PM, Cory calls back and says he heard I'm pretty angry...and that my car will be done today....magically. I ask that the car be delivered to my house due the disaster that is this trip to the dealership--says he will meet me at my house in an hour. It's now 8:37 PM and I still don't have my car back and I never heard from the manager.
