Worst customer service in the service department ever! Will not be going back. The service manager included. They refused to touch my daughter's car, wouldn't even allow me to pay for the work because another Ford dealership did the warrantied work incorrectly! Pretty awful when you refuse money! Won't go there to service either of my Fords and I certainly won't buy from Capital Ford!
