I know in past years, a lot of people have had bad experiences at Paris Regional Medical Center ER. But, I just wanted to take a minute to talk about the wonderful treatment my daughter received today. In our cancel culture, everyone always wants to complain about the bad but never takes the time to compliment the good. We checked in at 10:10, taken to triage at 10:24, and then an ER treatment room at 10:29. Bella was given a warm blanket and reassured that she would be well taken care of. The NP, Debra George, was so gentle with my precious girl and even told her what she was going to do before she started. That spoke volumes to me... Yes, I'm her mother but Bella was the patient and I appreciated that she communicated with Bella to put her at ease. We were out of there by 11:05. Maybe it's the time of day/night that you arrive or maybe PRMC ER has made some staff changes. Whatever the case, we had a great experience today. In fact, this is ER visit number FOUR for Isabella, and come to think of it... all of our ER experiences have been good ones. Thank you Paris Regional Medical Center!
