Shane Nesbitt, the Sales Manager at the Concord store was our sales contact and I cannot say enough good things about him. Very knowledgeable and very patient. He was very easy to work with and was very patient with us when he had to change most of our appliances (after our initial order) due to change in our kitchen design.
