Familiar with Yourhosting for a number of years. I experience no technical problems whatsoever. Dashboard works well and easily. But ..... if you do experience some problems or have a technical question, then my experience is that you soon get the answer that they do not support this. Point! And then you are on your own. Do not make it too easy for yourself and think along with a customer who is experiencing a problem, even though it is not with you, you could still offer a customer a helping hand with general knowledge. There is a lot to be gained for you in this.
