This is my second purchase from Norwood. Couldn't be happier! My first purchase was a mattress and elevated base. I then returned for new bedroom furniture. Kendra was my designer. She was great at listening to my needs and making recommendation. I had frequent questions which she was always happy to address. When I was shopping for my furniture with Kendra Todd the owner inquired if I was satisfied with my mattress & elevated base. I stated I was but my only issue was the bed was so dang high and the elevated base I chose height is not adjustable. He offered more than once to switch it out with another brand that you are able to adjust the height. When I finally bought my bedroom furniture I shopped the completion, Norwood was very competitive. I found the set cheaper on-line, Todd offered to price match. I am waiting for my furniture to arrive, can't wait. I would highly recommend Norwood.
