Think twice before coming here. Hospital staff is very rude, especially a nurse that goes by the name of Mary Jo. I made a simple request for a family member and she got very snotty for no apparent reason. I told her she was rude and very unprofessional and that I would report her to the director of nursing. I left a complaint on the d.o.n.'s voicemail. Hours later I'm informed she reported me to authorities claiming I threatened her which was completely fabricated. Mary Jo filed a false police report out of spite.. I can't believe this so-called ''professional'' would lie just because she was reported her to her superior for being unprofessional and rude.

The police came to my family members room to conduct an investigation. My family member was recovering from being heavily sedated by the hospital staff which nearly killed her due to being overly medicated! She did not need this kind of stress, especially from a lie!

Shame on you University for keeping this kind of person employed and in charge of people's health.
