The technician was helpful and thorough. They explained the whole process and gave me options to correct my septic tank problem.
They completed the job while it was pouring rain! Be aware - my "window" was 10am-2pm and they arrived at 3. It wasn't a big deal to me, but if you're on a tight schedule, you might want to ask about it.
