Room was great, check in was great, until then 5 stars, but breakfast was a little too expensive and at check out something must have gone very wrong, staff seemed quite overwhelmed, and I need to clarify why after that $ 75 was deducted from my credit card, rather bad experience therefore, but possibly one incident.
