I was in Dubai ,The captain gave me a wrong information about his car, he told me that he is driving a white Nissan patrol jeep then I found out from the car information given in the application that he lied to me I sow him picking up another customer instead of me ,when I talk to him face to face he block my phone number and ignore me because the other customer bribe the driver in front of me, the driver behavior was really bad which makes me never think again to use Careem service ever. Very disappointed
