I have been a customer of Si group for several years now, and I must say that their services are average at best. The website is often slow and not user-friendly, and the customer support is hardly helpful. Although they have a wide range of products, the quality is inconsistent, and I have had several issues with defective items. Overall, I am not impressed with Si group's performance.
