Absolutely the worst customer service and appointments at all locations are booked weeks out so only work for customers who know about their blood draw weeks in advance.

Great service, super clean office. I was 8 minutes late for my appointment and they were still about to assist me.
The patient service office it's a bit hard to find.
I have been using Sonora Quest labs for many years. My original office closed and I started using this lab. i have had the best experience with the staff and location. Having team members that are as efficient and accomplished makes the experience excellent. I am a pro at getting tests done and this staff is by far the best I have had the pleasure of treating me.
I love the new building; the decor is modern, and the building has been made to fit all departments in it.
First off, its a laboratory, not some place where you should expect stellar customer service where they wow you with attention. The customer service was fine as far as i was concerned. The facility was clean, tidy, and organized. However they might want to work on their patients privacy (eg full names being called, patient info, and room doors left open).
Best Sonora Quest service center! They vary, but this one has a great staff, they're always on time, and it s clean, even the bathroom. I ve been here several times and the phlebotomists have all been great.
Absolutely a disgrace of a company. THEY CHARGE A $3.99 FEE TO PAY BY DEBIT CARD ONLINE. Let your doctors office know you DO NOT want to use this company for your blood work. Several other options out there!
Reading through these reviews tell a person all they need to know about Sonoran Quest. You would think they would get tired of having to apologize to almost every single patient and improve but no. I spoke at length to one of their phlebotomists and was horrified over the tales she told. Bottom line is they couldn t care less about their patients. They are charging hundreds for each of these tests yet are mishandling the blood, are paying their techs barely minimum wage and so have a huge turnover in personnel. Most are too inexperienced to be trusting them to not damage or infect you. It s a legitimate case of the owners getting mega rich at the expense of their employees and the public. Corporate greed at it s worst.
At this very moment I'm on hold for a customer service representative for a hour. Before this I was on hold for a supervisor for 45 minutes, as soon as it became 12 noon, I was dumped into Josh's voice mail. Guess he needed to go to lunch. I'm still on hold for him? I went to get me labs done at Camelback office and waited to be called to the desk for info. Once the same lady from last year, ask for paperwork, I was handed a bill from 2011 that I had to pay. Really. She pointed to a number on the invoice and said, "call that number". Have a nice day! Really. The DOS on this statement is from 2011. I'm now speaking to Josh, "i can not tell why you were not handed a statement last year. " This is from same lady that was at the desk last year, she should have stopped me from having blood drawn then. According to Anthony G. , I will have to apply for "low-income" and fax over PERSONNEL info. Beware, they are collecting ALL back payments from everyone.
