From start to finish Cody knocked it out of the park. He coordinated the shipping for me on my new multione loader to Wa. State and gave me what I deemed was a VERY fair price on it. The first trucking company arrived to pick up the loader and he denied the pickup due to the difficulty we would have getting it off the truck when it arrived at our facility. Instead he went out of his way to coordinate a completely new trucking company that would allow us to unload it easier. NOW THATS SERVICE! He was able to answer all my questions and was very responsive and easy to work with. If he didn t know the answer he was more than happy to reach out to the manufacturer to get the answer. Now that s service! Since my initial purchase I have since placed another attachment order with Cody and will be placing additional orders in the future. As a consumer it s a real pleasure to come across and work with a SOLID company like this. -Alex Lange
