My husband Steve and I recently went to Jack Kane Custom Bikes to look for a road bike for Steve. We were shown many options to choose from. Being in the automotive business and knowing how important customer service is, we were so impressed with the high level of care and genuine concern they gave us to help us make the best decision on a bike to fit Steve s needs. After a few great rides, the bike has far surpassed Steve s expectation. He never knew that a fitted bike could make such a difference.
