I was able to partake in the Personal Trainer Specialist course at Mattamy Cycling Center with Daniel. Daniel Smith and the Wellness branded education team were extremely knowledgeable and they kept the entire class engaged with all their energy. I really enjoyed the structure of the class throughout the entire duration of the course.
