absolutely atrocious service and workers couldnt open account after multiple visit as different reps ask for additional requirements each time when i specifically asked what to bring for the next time. Switching to a different bank. would highly not recommend
Worst customer service. Impossible to open a bank account. Unclear instructions that change every single time. Avoid.
Epitome of bad customer service. If you don't believe me, try for yourself. It's quite unfathomable how incompetent they are. They managed to deposit money into the wrong account...Twice. that's 2 out of 2 times...They had one job and they failed dismally. If the CD staff are dyslexic, I would like to suggest they find another job that doesn't require the comprehension of simple numbers, like being a trash collector....Oh wait, they'll fail at that too since they'll get confused between paper and plastics when trying to decipher which recycling is which. What a joke... Maybe they should try being a clown, at least they won't need to use their brains and can just be themselves.
