Unfortunately they make you check at least 1 star. I have been with sprocket for over 5 years and in the beginning they were a great alternative . WERE!!
Now its slow and erratic speeds , VERY poor customer service if you can get anyone at all . When you do finally get anyone they use the threat of a 85.00 service call if its not there problem or they say you have a bad router . Well 2 new and higher dollar routers later and dial up speeds still exist with zero help from sprocket ! Save your money and time , go dial up or just write mail and put a stamp on it ..faster
