We had a wonderful experience. Originally, we purchased our Columbia skylights through a dealer.
When we realized we had likely not ordered the correct skylights for our application, we contacted Columbia directly. Thankfully, Judy sorted our order out to ensure we had the correct product and connected us to a great installer. From that point forward, we were taken care of and now the skylights are installed. We are very pleased with the Skylights, and can t say enough about the great service we received from both Judy and Bob, the installer.
