They had lot's of excuses why nothing was their fault.
They were very pushy.
I explained several times to them that my wife was not on the loan and her name needed to be taken off the loan documents"note" they said have her sign anyway. Their closing estimate was off about 6500. Dollars. They kept wanting me to sign without final numbers and said that they would refund me later just to close the deal. They did not have the knowledge to explain the documents to me they had to keep calling the lender and hold sidebars to help eachother figure out what was going on. Very unprofessional... I will never use their services again.
