I was a big fan of the Riva brand for years but the customer service from sales and service department is so disappointing. From the sales team you only get their attention if they see the checkbook in your pocket and service department they take your ski for service and promises to deliver to you in a week and 3 weeks later all you will have is excuses saying they been busier than usual and ruin all your weekend plans.
