I moved recently and now sit square in the middle of this Dealership and another one located in Tempe. I called Tempe to make an appointment and kept on getting put to voicemails. I called Chapman and they answered on the second ring and didn't transfer me to anyone else to set my appointment. I arrived about 8am on a Saturday for my first service on my 2018 Ram. My Truck was in the service bay within 5 minutes and I was out if there by 9:10. I despise going to Dealerships because I don't like waiting all day, they are expensive and I don't trust them.Thank you for changing my mind and for the great service. Also, my messages to the other Dealership still have not been returned.
