This unscheduled appointment was, by far, one of the best auto shopping experiences we have ever had. We have been looking for a 2021 black Elite Honda Odyssey, and Anna of Tom Kadlec Honda was able to find exactly what we wanted. She went out of her way to show us what we were thinking about and was willing to teach us about the auto before we even committed to our purchase. Anna is an extraordinary sales clerk, and didn t create any pressure or tension at all. She treated us as though we were old friends, and we were able to laugh and enjoy the time we spent there. Garrett, also helped us through all of the paperwork, and he too is very personable and was a joy to work with. He eased us through the transition of warranties and explained all aspects of our financial status in a very easy way. He made spending more money be a bit enjoyable! :0). All-in-all, I would recommend this group of people to all others. I will send those who may be looking for a new purchase to this location.
