The first room we were provided had no working heat and the bathroom was disgusting with hair in the tub. When brought to the attention of the staff we were provided another room that was bigger but everything about it is dated. The hotel is not even close to luxury nor worth the prices being charged here. $172 for one night was a total waste of money and has to be based upon location solely. Let s not mention they charged my credit card an additional $230 with no explanation. When confronted about the charge everyone is clueless and can t tell me a thing. Wish I would ve stayed at The Alexander instead.
