Saw a Golf R on the website, rang to arrange a test drive, staff we're very friendly and accommodating. A few days later saw a M140i on the website that peaked my interest more, phoned up again to swap deposit over to the M140i, very easy to deal with helpful again.

Went down for a test drive that following weekend, hospitality of the staff was very nice, was informed where the car was straight away and given the keys to have a look around without a salesman hovering over me, which was nice, went back into the office, sent off on a unaccompanied test drive on a set route which had some nice roads on.

Back in the office and the salesman was very professional dealing with my part ex and all the paper work relating to the part ex and the purchase of the M140i, no stress involved at all. Was in and out in my new car under 2 hours. Plus the dealer is a very nice please to be, not just a car warehouse, the style is top tier and would 100% recommend buying from these guys. Will be back for my next car. Cheers guys.
