I'd give them zero stars if possible. Dropped my truck off at 10:30 because of an issue it was having with the compass. Randy in service told me it would be 90 minutes to 2 hours at most. I called at the 3 hour mark to check and continued to call to try and find out when my truck would be done. Left messages and none were returned. Finally returned to dealership at 4:30. Waited around for Randy and finally someone asked if I had been helped. We went and found Randy in the sales office and he seemed quite put off that I was here looking for my vehicle. He goes to find it and it is out on a drive trying to figure out the problem. So here I sit, 6 hours later, waiting for my truck so I can go home. He had the nerve to tell me that he should've told me to come back another day when they weren't so busy. Well he could've certainly called me and told me that at the 2 or 3 hour mark.
