If you are live in Belize and are visiting someone coming in on a cruise ship you should know that they will not let you in until 10:00 AM. Even with proper identification they say that is the rule. Of course it is not posted anywhere.and tomorrow the rules might be completely different. Do these people not realize that you might have someone coming in that you have not been able to see for years and that EVERY moment is important.
