From the moment I contacted this moving company - until they came back two days after moving to find my son's missing XBox (not missing, just a misplaced box in the garage) this company was hands down the best moving company our family has used. The personal care in every area (from coming to my home for estimate, follow up, scheduling, rescheduling, packing, moving out and than moving in) this crew was excellent. They were happy, positive and I felt put my needs above all else. They asked questions and it was evident at each point they are experienced and professional to their core.

Shout out to the team on my job that was exceptional: Michael Forbeck (his professionalism from day one sealed this deal), Tiffany Brewer (her communication skills in scheduling, rescheduling and answering questions outstanding), Corey Nolan & Pete Suarez (they felt like the leaders of this move out/in team and they allowed me to be calm as they were the most patient men with a BIG job), Bill Miller, Torey Green, Jay Lopas, Frank Selmon Jr, Frank Barreto, Savon Saxton-Spencer, and Eric Gauntt rounded out the crew. They worked well together and as a true team. All of my furnishings arrived inside the new home the same way it left the old one. This is our families 4th move (in 20 years) and I have always had something broken/shifted in the move. Not this time.

Finally - yesterday as I looked out into my back yard and saw 200 moving boxes (true #) I emailed Transtar to say, I felt overwhelmed by these boxes and that the rain was coming. The Farmhouse we are in doesn't have places to put all the boxes after unpacking. Within 30 minutes Pete & Torey showed up with a moving truck and took away all the boxes.....I felt like it was a HUGE gift to my family after what has been a week of moving.
