I reserved and PAID for this hotel a week before my visit. I get there to check in and there was a SUPER LONG LINE - After waiting in line for over TWO hours and finally getting up to the counter - they tell me they oversold the hotel and have no rooms for me! Alone in the City with all other hotels booked, I was offered a slum hotel in Queens - worst experience of my life. Now I am trying to get my money back, and I am on my third attempt! DO NOT STAY HERE! The customer service is TERRIBLE!
