The staff is ok but there is a real quality problem. We bought a very comfortable lounge in faux leather, European manufacturing and guaranteed for 5 years (on the mechanisms). After 2.5 years, the surface of the couches has flaked off and disintegrated in one year: completely worn and yellow backrests and armrests (color under the cover), not presentable. We had to throw them away. 2,800 (3 motorized relaxes) for three years of use: it's just SCANDALOUS! Never again...
