Henderson Glass Review

Extraordinary customer service. I ordered a piece of glass for a picture frame over the phone. When I picked up the glass I found that my frame was not square. I took the frame and the glass back to them, and they shaved the piece of glass to make it fit, and mounted in the frame at no extra charge. I have purchased glass from Henderson Glass many times, and have always received high quality products and over-the-top customer service. I have purchased glass for desk tops, replacement decorative glass for cabinet doors, and glass for large picture frames. I would definitely recommend them to you.

Kevin took good care of me when getting the measurements and pricing together. Jerry and the crew have now fixed 3 windows for me and I've been very happy with the quality of work and the service. So much so, that I've broken another window that they are having to fix this week.

Ooooh please try them with anything called glass and you will be amazed. Their work is good and their customer service is enough without free customer coffee. The customer service team they pay attention to everything the customer is explaining. Especially if you are a foreigner and you have heavy accent they have time to listen to you.

The receptionist hung up on me when i asked to speak with someone who can provide me with a quote, i called back and they hung up again. I called back the next day and the same receptionist hung up on me. I got no feedback on why, i mean, if she would have told me they're not interested i would respect that but to straight up hang up on someone who's willing to pay them is one of the most disrespectful things a company can do. I was able to receive a quote from Independent Glass and Summit Glass, both treated me the why a customers be treated.

Fast service, same day for special cut glass. Very friendly

Called them to replace a window and they told me that they would charge me $100.00 just to drive out to my house ( I live in Winona) that didn't include the estimate charge. I just couldn't believe it. I am going to take my business elsewhere.

They had a new window ready for me in less than 24 hours. Older business on west front street in tyler texas. They treated me with respect and took care of my broken glass.

Had a broken bedroom window in a manufactured home. Not one you can easily replace. Took the broken glass in the frame to Henderson Glass and they had me a new window mounted in the frame 2 hours later. They also have hard to find parts for shower doors, and are some of the nicest people I have ever met. They helped me decide on my bathroom vanity mirrors, too, and will cut mirrors to custom sizes. They really are the pros. Really. The best.

Dropped off a drawing of some glass I needed cut with my name and number requesting a quote for a small personal project. 1 week later I called and they said the quote is taking some time because they have to get they would have to get the glass water jet cut in Houston. 3 weeks later I called and asked why I have still not heard from them. They informed me that the water jet machines were being moving and they would not be able to do it at this time. I thanked them for letting me know this 1 month later. Complete waste of time. I will not be using them in the future on a large job I having coming up with $30k in glass.

Kept waiting for them to show up, was told it would be a Friday, six days later and still stringing me along. Terrible customer service, terrible job communicating with you. Call anybody but them for your glass needs. Finally after a week and a half of stringing me along, finally said they were to busy and not interested. Great way to grow your business.

Custom cut plexiglas for our boat was framed and finished in one day, and we were very pleased with the workmanship and cost.
