Was looking for a new sofa for my sunroom. Came with photos and ideas. I received wonderful customer service from Sara H. who has great communication skills. She quickly understood my preferences and ushered me around the showrooms stopping at relevant pieces. Identified my top choice in under two hours. She provided suggestions regarding the furniture color and fabric, but was not pushy. I lefty as a happy customer with a new sofa on order that should arrive in my home in less than nine weeks. Yippee!
