My sales consultant , John Nichols, was very informative, helpful, and knew the Toyota product. John was very polite, giving me a tour of the facilities, introducing me to everyone in all of the departments, and was very kind in every way. I was impressed with his dedication and integrity. I was also very impressed with his faith and strong belief in a Higher Power. In this politically correct world I found him truly refreshing. I drove from San Angelo to Abilene to buy my Tacoma. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Mitchells Toyota in S.A., but will never buy another thing from them again. The difference was night and day. My financial consultant, Andrew Elliot, was also very efficient, knowledgeable and found me a financial plan I can work with. I would rate both of them as 10's. However... I think it would benefit Toyota to change your reviewing system. Your all or nothing system leaves a lot to be desired. Example: just one hateful, unhappy person could cause you to lose a very good team member.Then, perhaps, you will have people going to Freemans Toyota in Hurst, .
