Everything was great. The person that scheduled by 60,000 mile checkup on my 2015 Avalon "Avery" said that the appointment would take 75 minutes, but I knew that that wasn't enough time. When I checked in with Dave Connell he told me that it would take 2 hours. He offered me the shuttle service if I needed to go anywhere, but I had taken enough work with me to take 2 hours. They finished right on time. Dave went over the reports and mentioned that I would probably need new tires in about 6 months.
