Our sales person James did a great job helping us ...

Our sales person James did a great job helping us find a vehicle. He was super nice, friendly, and helped us each step of the way. It was our first time buying from a dealership and he did a good job simplifying it for us. We were able to test drive a couple of cars and have all our questions answered.

Unfortunately our experience with the finance person was not as smooth or beginner friendly. We did not realize until after when we had time to carefully review all the documents that the vehicle was going to cost us double the original quote. The experience felt pressured and all the fees, especially related to service/warranty contracts were not clearly explained. I can chalk this up to inexperience in my part and to trusting they would be as helpful as sales was in explaining the whole process, but they were not. I learned an expensive lesson I guess.

My feedback for them is to be more mindful of first time buyers and help them thru the purchasing process rather than rush them.

If you are a first time buyer I can't recommend O'Briens. However if you know how the finance process works, and you know what to look for and what questions to ask, then they are worth visiting.

[Update]
Management reached out to us and we were able to work towards a resolution. They are very willing to work with you if you have any issues. Updating to 5 stars.
