Overall, it's pretty nice. The indoor scenery is great. The rooms are great.
They need screens on the windows without balconies. My son launched my phone from the 4th floor.
I'd return again if the front desk staff is more hospitable. That was the only thing that turned me off. Debbie had a bad attitude when I called about reservations. When I stopped in later to see about early check in so my kids could swim that afternoon, she tried to send me away saying they're booked. I had to tell her I already made a reservation. When I came back to check in an hour later, she rushed me away saying she had a line. It was 3 people and they were all together.
