I called MassSave for an energy audit and was connected with American Installations. We had a great experience with them, starting with the energy audit. We knew some of our issues-lacking insulation in the attic, needing new windows....but as a result of the audit, we found out there was a lot of heat escaping through our attic hatch.
We contracted with American Installations to do the work and they helped us through the process. In fact, they take care of everything!
Prompt and effective communication via phone and email (most convenient for me when I was working) with Wyatt and the rest of the team.
Our insulation and air sealing work went smoothly and we look forward to reaping the savings. And we'll be calling next year for the next stage of work to be done!
