I have been going back and forth for a product that is not working, because I want to be refunded and I took the product to them twice for the accessment at their supplier , their product never worked since I bought it but still they insist on me to take the chainsaw , up until their supplier agree for me to be refunded, I am really angry and I will never buy from Makro and I am going to pay of my credit card and then close the account and I want nothing to do with Makro!!!!
