Myself, mum and sister all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff were so lovely, welcoming and friendly. We wanted to visit the Vatican City, but due to it been a bank holiday most places were closed, but the staff were extremely helpful and rang them to find out for us. There was an issue with the taxi company that was supposed to pick us and take us to the airport, and one of the staff members consistently rang the company and sent an email on our behalf. In the end, nothing could be sorted so they rang a taxi for us.
The food in the hotel was delicious. I went for breakfast each morning we stayed, and had something different each time because of the variety of fresh foods they had. We had an evening meal and that was lovely.
If we ever come back to Rome, without a doubt we will stay here again.
