This is to express my profound disappointment in how poorly The Anndore House has been treated. Almost every attempt we have made to request technical support has been met with silence and no reply. We have been waiting to hear back for approximately a month now since our initial out reach. Yet, we have been met with radio silence. The only exception was after two weeks of waiting someone named Aben from technical support (level 1) reached out to us and provided us with support. In short Aben verified our server was up to par and said he now has to push us up to level 2 as they will be able to assist us the rest of the way. Aben from all accounts was great in his role and it is important that I express this in my feedback. I received a voice message the morning of June 3rd (now 3 weeks after our initial outreach) from a Bryn Dickerson asking me to call him back. I have since called Bryn 16 times (I kept count). Each time it goes straight to his voice message (no ring tone). Very disheartening when that happens. I left Bryn 6-8 voice messages letting him know I am calling him back and that I need to speak with him because my matter is time sensitive. Today is June 8th and I have not had one of my voice messages returned from Bryn. We are now 4 weeks out from our initial out reach and have barely moved the needle on our issue thanks to Dormakaba s neglect to provide service/technical support. I can appreciate we are living in a different world today and patience is something we all have to practice as response times will not be what they once were, however this neglect goes beyond that and it is discouraging to see a company that sells its product/technology does not have the decorousness to respond. Simply chooses to ignore those that use its products with silence.
