I stayed at the hotel from 20 to 24 September, the day of my arrival I deposited in the safe of my room the passports (mine and that of my husband) plus 2700 .
On the eve of my departure by wanting to open the safe my code no longer worked, I called the reception who sent me an employee who opened the safe with a pass and there I find the passports but not money.
It was past midnight and I had to leave the hotel for the airport in about 5 am I complained to the receptionist who assured me that the director went to take care of the incident. Well, Mrs. Saulnier responded very curtly by mail that she was available to the police as if I had time to complain.the flight was made to the hotel not in the street and the hotel is responsible.
