This is the second time I have used them, the first time they screwed up a set of custom seats for a mustang and I had to send them back. During the process they had an attitude that I was part of the problem, even though Imade multiple phone calls and sent sketches of what I wanted to which they said they understood. Most recently, and regretfully, I used them again for a custom back seat. They ended up sending two left side uppers that cost me 150$ more to get fixed. Their response was send them back and we will remake them. They were already on my seats and the cost to mail there and back and remake would have exceeded 150$ easily.
This company has a rep for poor customer service and I should have learned the first time.
