I ordered on May 26 for 2 sets of front pads and 1 per sun.

I have not received my order because it seems that one of the games was not available. After having contacted your advisers 3 times, they asked me to wait a few days and that they would take care of the order. One week, then I call back, then another week, then I call back.

With the last advisor we agreed to send a set of pads and the sun. And the reimbursement of the 2 nd set of pads is not available.

Today I only received the sun and the advisor told me over the phone that apparently the platelets were completely canceled.

I have still not been reimbursed and I would also like to benefit from the reimbursement of the shipping costs of 5.29 which originally was correct with regard to the amount of the order but you will understand that I will never have ordered a product at 5.60 (per sun) to pay as many shipping costs.

Finally, refusal to reimburse the shipping costs.

I strongly advise against ordering with yakarouler if you have the chance to read my com before your order!
For my part I had always ordered with them but it seems that it is more like before.
