Very disappointed with the customer service at La Terrazza. Over the years, we developed a sour taste for this family run pizzeria due its notoriously bad customer service and overpriced gourmet pizza. We used to like ordering from La Terrazza just to break up the routine until the most recent string of bad experiences. Some of the customer service reps can be very rude and deliberately obnoxious. The pizza taste is inconsistent and is very greasy. Definitely not worth the price or the aggravation.
