Terrible service

Our gas contract was refused by the gas-network manager, and Engie failed to communicate this to us. When asking why we did not receive our gas invoices (we did receive our electricity invoices), we had no answer for over 10 days. One day, our gas was just cut off, and only after spending hours (and many euros, as they have no free tel number) on the phone did we learn about the error Engie made. They could not fix our gas connection immediately so in the middle of november we are in the cold for an entire week.
