I give David McDavid Honda of Frisco a 4-Star rating. First, let me qualify the 4-Star rating. It's buying a car. It can't be a 5-star rating. Having said that... Let me tell you about Mark Ladd. He sold my husband and I a new 2013 Honda Pilot. He is personable, courteous, and made us feel comfortable. He listened to our list of needs and wants and NEVER made us feel pressured. He worked with us to help us get the price we wanted/needed. Everyone in my family has now purchased a car or two from Mark and we intend to again, when the need arises. If I gave a 5th Star, it would go to Mark! He made the buying experience not only bearable, but pleasant!
